When can I expect my first mail packet?
Mail is shipped on a monthly schedule, and you can expect to receive your first mail the month AFTER you joined. So if you signed up in January, you can expect your first mail the following month (February).
What about shipping?
Letters are mailed out first-class (regular, untracked snail mail) via United States Postal Service during the first week of each month.
U.S. subscribers: Shipping times can vary based on distance and location, but you can expect your mail to arrive in 1-5 business days from shipment. International subscribers: Shipping times can vary based on customs and local delivery times, but snail mail from the U.S. typically takes 2-4 weeks to arrive. If you have not received your mail by the end of the month, please let me know by reaching out to hello@littlemomentspaper.com.
How will I be billed each month?
The Little Moments Journaling Club is a subscription-based product. Under a monthly subscription, you will be billed monthly from the day that you joined (for example, if you joined on January 10th, you will be billed on February 10th, March 10th, and so on). Under a yearly subscription, you will be billed annually from the day that you joined (for example, if you joined on January 10, 2025, you will be billed again on January 10, 2026, and every year until you cancel).
How do renewals work if I purchased the subscription at a discounted price?
Your discounted price will be honored for as long as you stay subscribed. For example, if you signed up at a 25% discount, you will be billed at the same 25% discounted price when your plan renews.
How can I update my mailing address or billing information?
If you need to update your shipping address or billing information, you can do so at anytime by logging into your customer account. Click on “My Account” and edit your information under your profile.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your customer account. Click on “Account”, then access “Subscriptions” to cancel.
