Processing & Shipping Schedule
Little Moments Journaling Club mail is sent out monthly during the first week of the month. These mail packets are sent out first-class (untracked, snail mail) via United States Postal Service.

Your first mail will be sent out the following month from the month that you subscribed. For example, if you sign up in January, you can expect to receive your first mail packet in February.

Shipping Times

  • For U.S. orders, estimated delivery is within 2-5 business days, but this can vary based on location.

  • International orders will typically take 2–4 weeks, depending on local postal service and customs delays.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping is included for all U.S. and International customers unless otherwise noted. You will not be charged an extra shipping fee.

Lost or Delayed Mail
If your mail hasn’t arrived by the end of the month, please reach out to hello@littlemomentspaper.com and we’ll do our best to help locate or replace it.

Pausing your Subscription and Cancellations
You can temporarily pause your subscription at any time by reaching out to hello@littlemomentspaper.com.

To cancel your subscription, log into your customer account, click on “My Account”, then access “Subscriptions” to cancel.
If a renewal has already been processed or shipped, your cancellation will apply to the following month.
Because subscription mailers are prepared in advance, we’re unable to cancel or refund packages already in transit.

Returns
Due to the handmade and curated nature of each order, returns and exchanges are not accepted. However, if your mail arrives damaged, please contact me at hello@littlemomentspaper.com within 5 days of delivery (with photos if possible) and we’ll make it right.

Shop Orders & Other One-Time Purchases

Processing Time
Shop orders (non-subscription items) typically ship within 5–7 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email (with tracking) once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • U.S. orders: 3–10 business days

  • International orders: 2–4 weeks

Please keep in mind that shipping time may vary depending on location, local postal service, and/or any customs delays.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of paper goods and handmade items, returns or exchanges are not accepted.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, reach out to hello@littlemomentspaper.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos (if applicable).

Lost Packages
Once your order has shipped, it’s in the care of the postal carrier, but if you ever run into any delivery issues, please don’t hesitate to reach out to hello@littlemomentspaper.com. We can help you track it down or discuss replacement options when possible.
