Little Moments Journaling Club: January 2026
Volume 01: “Persistence over perfection”
Persistence is defined as “the quality of continuing firmly or resolutely in a course of action, belief, or effort despite difficulty, opposition, or failure.”
The Little Moments Journaling Club kicked off 2026 with a focus on mindset and how we want to approach the new year. Instead of thinking about grandiose goals and new year’s resolutions, we spent the month thinking about the ways that we can continue pursuing the things we want to pursue – not perfectly, but persistently.
Following the journal prompts for the month, we filled our journals with pages that could remind us to keep going even in the midst of bad days, hardships, and even failure. We spent some time reflecting on questions like: Who do you want to be this year? How do you want to feel? What do you want to prioritize and accomplish?
Members also received a sheet of washi-style stickers and a 2026 year-view calendar to help keep track of their journaling.
January 2026 YouTube Video
In January’s YouTube video, I share the contents of January’s mail and share a personal journal page following one of the journal prompts of the month titled “Selfie”. This prompt encouraged members to take a selfie, post it in the center of your journal page, and surround yourself with words describing how you’d like to feel this year.
