Little Moments Journaling Club: April 2026
Volume 04: “Planting seeds”
The theme for April’s mail was “planting seeds”, and as we welcome in the spring season, the Little Moments Journaling Club spent the month thinking about the dreams, goals, ideas, and mindsets that we’d like to start planting in our own lives.
The journal prompts for the month encouraged us to think about the potential “seeds” we want to plant and the type of environment needed in order to nurture these new seeds. What are the things that we hope to explore or accomplish this season? Are there certain things we need more of (or less of) in our lives in order to create space for these new goals and ideas? These are some of the things we reflected on and documented in our journals this month.
As a bonus, I also sent out wildflower seed cards, where we could write down one of our dreams and physically plant them as a symbol of taking that first step. These wildflower seed cards contain ice plant, baby’s breath, and sweet asylum seeds.

In April’s YouTube video, I share some of the elements in April's mail and walk you through one of the journal prompts - drawing little seed packets and filling them in with the ideas, goals, dreams, or mindsets that we hope to plant in this current season of life.

An Invitation to Join
One of the greatest joys of starting a consistent journaling practice is being able to document and capture a moment in time, providing us with deeply meaningful pages that we can look back on in the future. Today’s pages will not only hold the hopes and dreams that we had in our hearts in this current season of life, but they will also help us to see the growth and evolution of those hopes and dreams over time.
If you’d like to join us for a month of quiet, reflective, and creative journaling, you can sign up for the Little Moments Journaling Club here, or sign up below for my monthly newsletters to learn more.
Hope to see you inside! :)
